just spoke to the guys about ME stuffing up a same day delivery order. Team was more then helpful and will have my parts out later today. Can't thank the enough given how busy this time of year can be.
Service was good, staff was wonderful, had the parts that I needed. Last Saturday I went and their eftpos machine was out, had to use servo atm with a $2.50 fee to get cash out.
Be prepared to wait! Always a hard time getting served in here.

I reslly don't lile giving negative reviews and only post these when I feel like absolutely necessary. But I would hope that someone would inform me if my staff were costing me money. I have literally been to this shop 3 times in the last 4 days to try and purchase some rhino racks.....Jesus I just wanted to pay for these so I can pick them up. Sooooo frustrating and there isApparently noone knows how to order them in aside from one lady, which is crazy. I'm going to go to somewhere else where they respect people's time. Hope you manage to train these guys...

Great service, good range of general items such as drive belts through to wd40. I went a few days ago to get a new tail light globe holder for my commodore, they only had universal ones that didn’t fit.
But I got served right away, taken to the section for lighting and informed on other shops nearby I could go to to find the right part.
